Employ a Norland Nanny

Norland Agency works exclusively with Norland trained nannies and maternity nurses, placing them in a variety of permanent, temporary and part time positions in the UK and the rest of the world.

• To register your position please complete a registration form and send it into us (one can be downloaded from here) alternatively it can be completed by a member of agency staff over the phone (01225 90 40 30).
• A copy of our terms and conditions and our fee structure will be sent to you, which you need to agree to before any CVs can be sent. A copy of the T&Cs can be found here and a copy of the fee structure can be found here.
• Once your position is registered it will be advertised on our secure online joblist that can only be accessed by Norland graduates. Norland Agency staff will also contact any Norland Nannies or Maternity Nurses whose job requirements fit with your family’s requirements.
• If a nanny wishes to apply for your vacancy we will send her CV to you; you can decide if you would like to interview them. If you do, agency staff will liaise with you and the candidate to arrange a suitable interview time. Information about interviewing a nanny and nanny contracts can be found by clicking on these links, but if you would like more information or guidance on this then the agency staff will be happy to help.
• Once the interviews have taken place and you have found your Norland Nanny please contact the agency; they will speak to the nanny about the offer and liase with you and the nanny about contract and salary negotiation (please see our salary guide).
• When all of the terms are agreed on both sides Norland Agency will ensure that the contract has been signed and exchanged and a start date has been arranged. On the day the nanny starts with your family an invoice for the agency’s fees will be sent to you.
