About Us

Norland Agency is part of the prestigious Norland College which was founded in 1892 and is home to the world famous Norland Nannies. Norland Agency only places nannies and maternity nurses who trained at Norland College and as such has full details of their training.

We require all Norlanders who search for positions through the Agency to provide us with a full employment history and references before putting them forward for any positions. The Agency works very hard to match candidates to the right positions for them and for the family.

The Agency Consultants are Hannah Strohmeier who has worked in a wide range of commercial recruitment agencies, Sarah Turner (maternity cover) who has worked as a nanny, a Nursery Manager and has worked in a childcare recruitment agency, Jenny Sparrow, who has joined the Agency from a training provider where she administered the Early Years Professional Status training programme and Jacquie Green (currently on maternity leave), who has an NNEB and has worked as a Nanny, a Nursery Manager and has managed a childcare recruitment agency.

The Agency is line managed by Rebekah Frankcom who is Head of Marketing and Business Development at Norland College.

This combined experience enhances the Agency’s understanding of our client’s needs and expectations and enables us to provide ongoing advice and support to clients and Norlanders alike.
